The MMP-21 utilizes new technology in reforming existing corrugations. By appling a patent pending heat and roller system a groove may be formed on any corrugation and a gasket may then be applied.

The MMP-21 can be incorporated into your existing production line and can also be setup and run by a single operator.

PROFILER ASSEMBLY

     -Guide wheels locate the groove to the
       center of the corrugation.

     -By locating the pipe further into the machine,
       any corrugation can be profiled.

     -Different profile wheels can be used
       to create other grooves.

     -Pressure controlled system allows groove
      depth to remain consistant even if the pipe
       is slightly ovated.

HEATER ASSEMBLY

 

-Uses Quartz Emitter Technology
with variable heat settings.

-Sensor controlled to apply even heat.
